I will try to uninstall and reinstall all of it if the issue persists I will attach a screen capture for you to see better and I’m using windows and i installed the windows option for it and everything on my computer should be up to date and meet the requirements for the game anyways as far as I know

This two were the most basic advice to do, if this not solving the issue. i dont think i can help much with the issue since the problem lies somewhere with your pc. wich can be drivers/monitor/gpu.

Yes, I have seen one person with this issue before; I advised the same things, and it got solved.

If you use dual monitors to play or Windows 7 (sometimes), that can be an issue as well.

 i checked my specs and what i saw on the steam recommened specs and i believe mine fit if not better than the recommene

Did you tried running the game in full screen?

Also would worth checking the cable connections of your pc.

I dont have any other idea left.

I tried both fullscreen and windowed and both do it and what cables? Haha
