One that comes to mind is Big Bad Wolf series by Charlie Adhara ,not dystopian per se, but has some of the same tropes as this vn (personally, one of my favourite stories period ), and for one a bit more removed thematically, THIRDS by Charlie Cochet (includes more than just were wolves) . These are actual books series tho ,quite long ones at that. ,but I recommend them if you like the whole werewolf Alpha dynamics and such
