The premise fits the 20 second nature of the game jam, and I like the set up in cutscene. Given the 15 second timer, the game timer pausing after each interaction is really helpful, as it gives the player some time to think on where to check next. If you wanted to make it more difficult, you could make it so that the timer does not pause after the interaction. 

I enjoyed scavenging through shelves and cupboards to find the tools. Some slight randomization to the items' locations would add variety to the game, as well as a "skip intro" button would be helpful on repeat playthroughs.

nice comment and im glad you enjoy it....

i'm deliberately don't add "skip intro" feature because i try to calculate my gameplay time to be exactly 20 seconds that's why the real gameplay is just 15 seconds.... and i think the time is too short if i didn't pause the timer.

as for the random item location part, i would love to do it, but... maybe not in this game because i need more time to learn that
