I like the Christmas theme and that the "lives" are bells that give a chime on a failure. I think that the timer and simple controls helps with focusing on making numerous snap decisions and quickly moving on from failed guesses instead of mulling over the probabilities. The bells making a noise does help with making the player realise their previous guess is wrong.
I think a potential improvement would be to have the cards slightly bigger to make the card values easier to read, and therefore make quicker decisions.
I like that there are separate scoreboards for the 12 and 20 second modes, and that your highest combos for the current run is tracked by the snowflakes. The best score I got on 20 second mode was 3410, and 12 second 1736.
