I enjoyed it, though tuning wise it seems that it may well be faster to save up for all/most of the next tier before ascending, which was at least unusual back when I was into idlers. Of course, balancing this kinda game usually takes longer than everything else! I for one welcome Earth's scaly new owner.

I was going to comment on the painful noise that played constantly while it is running but after seeing Retinas' comment I wonder whether that was a bug rather than part of the game(possibly a sound mixing issue?)

I'm assuming you're not talking about the intentional pads in the soundtrack, I haven't seen this issue but it's possible there is something there. As I understand, Godot's dynamic audio stream is quite new so perhaps it has some bugs or I might've set it up incorrectly. I was planning to include a sound slider to turn down the music, but I couldn't get to it within my time constraints.

If anybody else gets these kinds of issues, I'd suggest muting the tab: you're not missing much other than the track I made
