The only answer I can give for this is to use your best judgement.
In general you should only use assets that you have permission to use, but for Neuro stuff itself I don’t see why you would be disallowed.
If you look at the game jam games from last year, many of them used Neuro covers.
That being said, this is fine for the game jam, but you can’t use this content in a monetized game.
