I second this, as you already have a game built just try remaking what you already have to start with added ways for you to expand off later.
This is coming from someone who has burned themselves out on plenty of game concepts and never gotten far but this is to well done to die out.

Well, thing is, a lot of the stuff I have right now is just not usable (either because of quality or incompatibility), so I'd rather just wipe those pieces of code and start anew.
Thanks, I'm glad to see you like the game that much; don't worry, as for now, I've been working on it for a year or so, and I take it really easy so yeah, burn out has never been a problem.
