Omg I'm sorry for the late reply. I replied to your comment 2 days ago but now that I'm checking again, it wasn't here!!
For a plugin to display animation in battle, I'm afraid I don't have much experience with the RPG Maker built in combat system. There's someone already make a plugin for that on RPG Maker Web forum but I don't remember the name of said plugin.
