Any hints of how to get back to the top layer after diving into the layer that reveals the teleporter? The block is no longer in a place where I can get back to the arrow.
There's kind of a lot going on that needs to happen so it's hard to be specific but I can say your goal is on the right track, the other two mechanics are key to the solution since the block is mostly forced to be there.
