I would also suggest placing a widget with stars (rate) directly on the game page, since new users may not know that such an option exists since it is "hidden" behind the button.
I know about that button, but it not "jump to the eyes". For the first time when I have wanted to make the vote I had spent some time to find it. The widget placed right in the main content wold be more helpful (my oppinion).
