Greetings devs,
I'm hoping you can help me with finding out how to launch this game. I thought I had it figured out, but no luck.
I ended up getting the itch.io launcher and it looked like it was about to work. After several false starts, it would error out and crash displaying the pure-onyx - Unity 2019.4.34f1_6a9faed444f2 alert.
I have tried many suggestions such as updating my drivers on my graphics cards, disabling firewall settings to allow itch access to the internet from my device, and uninstalling and reinstalling to several different locations on my device. Using the itch.io launcher I was able to see that there was a warning that popped up stating that the game was not paid for and that I would have to get an official copy to be able to run it.
My credit card is showing the payment to ITCH.IO - GAME STORE SAN FRANCISCO CA 94114 USA, and I have a confirmation email from itch.io stating "Thank you for purchasing 'Pure Onyx-Alpha Release November 2024" with my payment amount and a download link.
I'm not sure what else to do, but can anyone help with figuring this out? I've already paid for this beautiful game and just want to play it. Huge fan of the art style and the game play. Reminds me a lot of some beat em ups I played as a kid but with super hot scenes.
