Yes it can but it's a beta feature so the automatic method can't translate all text from all plugins yet, but the manual method will be able to translate all text. The manual method is to open tge Yanfly code and wrap the text section with Hendrix_Localization(text).
Since it requires you to know where to put it so if you don't know how, send me the yandly plugin via Discord and I'll do it for u.
