Implementation of Theme (4):
For someone that was so nervous about their first time making a VN, I did not expect you to go for such a complicated interpretation of expanding. Just thinking about expanding my mind into other realities is expanding my mind into a headache.
Story (3):
I didn’t really like any of the character at first but slowly these dipshits started to grow on me but not THAT much. I never felt like I had a good grasp on the magic system. I enjoyed it. All of the writing flowed together well despite some of the slower parts.
Presentation (2):
The best moment for me in terms of presentation was when we go to the carnival is just an overwhelming cacophony on purpose when the rest of the VN is relatively calm. I feel like you there could have been more flair and effects to go with the magic that was being flung around.
Creativity (3):
When you were talking about making your VN, I was expecting it to be this Slice-of-Life romance. So I was pretty taken aback when it turned out to be an urban fantasy. I didn’t know what to expect from someone who had a default Discord Icon during the Jam but this was anything but default.
Total (12):
This was really good entry but not one that I was head-over-heels for like the Administrative Assistants. I feel like having this be the first one that I streamed, made the later streams overshadow it.
How well you did in the Jam Rankings shows that I’m a bit of an outlier.
