After 30/45 minutes from a fresh save a thief should show up in near the egg glass case upstairs. Engaging with him or waiting a bit more should end with the black/blue key spawning.
oh sorry that was the old way to open the door i havent played the recent update so you gotta wait the 30 mins lol if it helps though you could probably use cheat engine to speed the game up
