Yes, if you start the game over (click “new game” in the main menu) and then the internal parameter files are completely refreshed.
Like I've said. I have done that twice. and once I buy Nora's dream card all of her locations are unlocked and I can't advance because I don't earn any hearts. I have attempted every option available.
The fact that the locations are all open initially - that's how it should be. You can get the first half of the heart only in the lowest location.
