Not sure if you know this or if it's intentional, but the Isabella shaman seems to make the character using her to take damage when getting healed. I tried this on several different characters and they all took damage from Rand's healing spell.
Thank you for the bug report. The Shamans are supposed to absorb that element; however, healing spells are Radiant so it is causing a bug that you take damage instead.
