Oh, I see. I guess I'm still new enough to unity. I somehow was under the impression that the URP was the default render pipeline in unity.
I'll try moving pipelines and see if I can't send you the result. (this shader looks way better than the current one I have)

There is a selection of types of projects and sometimes people start a new one with the built in pipeline.
A really quick test you could do is to create a blank URP project and import the package.
