lol, everyone pings him for no reason, so he doesn;t reply to most of them, he does reply when he's online

Too many people ping him for the most useless stuff ever (which could result in a strike I think). But if you ping him for something useful (like a suggestion or a bug you found), then he might reply if he is online. But even that isn’t always guaranteed.
