I answered this in the main comment section, too, but in case anyone else is having trouble:

For those three, either come home with Marco from the party the night before, or leave another evening hangout early and catch him jerking off. You must ask him to finish in the bathroom.

In the morning you'll text him. First send the friendly version of the message, and then later in the update the first two will unlock. Then repeat the steps above, only send a sexual text. The third CG will unlock in the same place as the other two.

Sorry for disturbing you, but could you tell as well how to unlock 39th CG for Marco? It seems I tried all combinations but everytime at the morning I get either 38th or 40th CG.

You aren't disturbing me, don't worry 🙂 To get that CG you need to spend the night somewhere else and come back to your room at a certain time. There are a few ways to do it:

Hook up with Leo, sleep in Matt's bed, then go home instead of telling Matt about it
Speak to Evan after spin the bottle during the frat party, then watch over him
Hook up with Julian, let Owen help you finish, then go home instead of talking to Owen about it
Go to Griffin's apartment the night before; it doesn't matter whether you hook up with him or not

I tried to spend the night somewhere else, but avoiding side hookups and hoping I will meet Marco at the morning and see something "interesting". But it turns out the opposite 😅

Yeah, some of these are tricky to find because I hid them behind what could seem like the non-optimal choice. I'll definitely have a guide sooner than later to help 🙂
