You need an adventurer with less than 2 "bimbo quirks" when interacting with "Black Shrine" to get "Black Visors".
The "bimbo quirks" are obtained in that same dungeon and are the ones that have the sign of some lips.
okay this is great and after getting 4 black visors and equipping them I should go and look for the boss ? The last time I didn't do the black visors thing I just killed everyone in the dongon and kept going back and forth
