The Combat Victory screen looks like this:
As you can see, the ending description is obscured. All I can make out is "T_e enemy _othershi_ has be_n obli__rat_d. Ther_ ar_ n_ mor________da_______thr________our _empire!" I can guess the first sentence, but not the second. :P
