This is more of an issue with your anti-virus software. Avast REALLY HATES any games that's within the Documents folder that creates files and/or changes files so just tell the anti-virus software you're having that it's an exception. The game only touches files related to your saves and what options you pick in the options screen, there shouldn't be any malware in the game to begin with.

I'm kidding it's mostly fine lol, it did ask permission for wifi stuff though which was weird.

At first, I though it was weird why it would ask that, but then I remembered the demo still has GameJolt connectivity because of the API plugin. It would give you achievements in the final game but only a select few, but since the game's canned, it's practically useless since I don't think I have access to it anymore and even if I did, I don't see why I wanna add more for a demo. I kinda wanna do a update for the demo for the last time because the final build for the game isn't really worked on and I wanted to improve the experience more despite of it. The demo isn't for Bickery Edition, if it was, I would've included the game is in fact "Jonathan's Adventure Bickery Edition: Demo Version" which sounds like a mouthful and even then, the update I'm planning for SHOULD tell you this when you boot up the game every time. I mean, I would like to work on JA, but the code's too old and requires a rework, which is why there's another project for that, it's "Jonathan's Adventure: reVision" or just JAR. Is it like what the demo in this game's download? A short answer is no, and a long answer is sorta but it's complicated, and for its' demo, that's just a big no.

Yeah I get you, other than that this is actually pretty well made for a rpg maker game.
