You need a scuba mask and a oxygen tank (both from the store)
Combine both and get to the bottom of the lake
Then, grab it and drag it to the shore. It's nearly weightless because of the funny water physics
and how do i combine the scuba mask i had it before and i couldnt combine it
Take the mask in your hands and let the cylinder lie on the ground. Either the "attach" menu should appear, or you need to right-click
