we start our first session next week but still are struggling with battles for example minor homoculus. With 3D8 does that mean his damage can be 18 + 2d6? And in the example it says 16 is his attack but comes from 6 + 1d20?
Hi there! with 3d8 hps the bad guy will add 3 to the damage it deals. So if he deals 2d6, the damage will be 2d6+3. "Attack" is just the value the PC has to pass with her defence roll (1d20+body+training). Sorry for the late answer! Ask me again whenever you need!
