Thanks for the clarification in the controls, you should be able to use turbo with C, after you collect a missile. I have updated the description accordingly.
About the goal, first we intended it to have enemies and a finish line, but again couldn't implement it so now you can just keep playing until you fall, because the holes you make to get a turbo will sill be there in the next loop.
Another fun fact:
(There was supposed to be an animation of the dolphin dropping the missile back and then geting the boost from the blast, but sadly we had issues playing both separate animations in engine so we had to cut it short)
