No. This character actually gets a -1/10 for numerous reasons.
1. "Its design is worse than Playtime's design"
2. This character is helpful to some significant degree, and most of the Baldi's Basics Plus characters are meant to hinder the player's progress in some way.
3. It wears a shirt that is from modern times, and is likely copyrighted.
4. Literally every visual aspect of this character is trash, including the body shape, head, and limbs. I don't think you even tried.
5. Its office poster does not exactly follow the official BB office poster template.
6. Its descriptive poster was very lazily created.
7. Its name more closely resembles a real life name rather than a creative name that references one of its aspects.
8. Its mechanics are pretty much EXACTLY like Scissors Girl's script from BBIE.
Considering these aspects I just listed, you are not fit to become a BB 1 1/2 contributor and you probably never will. Please understand that I am not trying to be mean, its just that your character idea has so many things wrong with it.
Fine, I will give you one last chance, however, there will be conditions.
