Bumping this up, I see it's from 3 years ago. Wanting same thing...specifically an arm64 build to run in the Linux environment (Crostini) on a Chromebook with ARM processor.
Would rather go that direction vs having to wipe the Chromebook to then put it in the less secure developer mode to sideload the Android APK, which from some reading, also works different than other builds in some ways.
