Are you certain you're adding your folders correctly in step 4? For me, I have to manually type in the path of the folder, so something like:

C:\MyFolder\MyVideos

Then click on "Add new folder", and then make sure the folder is listed at the top, with the correct number of files. You might need to click on "Rescan all folders" near the top right.

Hi. Thank you very much!. This has worked!.

I’ve been adding the video file folders the wrong way, been dragging them to add them.  Even though some videos titles didn’t match, I’ll figure that out.

Trying to successfully use xbvr for a very long time, felt soo fed up that I wanted if any to hire a freelance tech support to set this up for me.  Thank you again.

Please can you kindly advise me on?.

I have an rtx 4090 and a top end gaming PC and want the best image quality with HereSpherevr.

Which would be a better way for connecting the quest3 to the PC for best image quality with HereSpherevr?. Would image quality be better with a wired link connection using Streamvr HereSpherevr App or would it be better image quality by using the native HereSpherevr app on Quest3?. Basically is it better quality with  a wired link or without wired link with a powerful PC.

Thank you soo much for your help.

When streaming PCVR to the Quest headset, the rendered image needs to be compressed, so this results in slightly worse image quality compared to the native Quest standalone app. The Quest standalone app also has better support for passthrough. On the other hand, PCVR has better codec support when using the DirectShow player backend with LAV filters. You might also get better framerate when using PCVR, since the RTX 4090 is much more powerful than the Quest3. I'd recommend testing both versions of the app with the free demo to see which you prefer.
