Hey there, nice looking game! It resembles to the old road game!
Aside from it having no sounds at all its still fun to play, I would like that the batery discharges only when you are moving, getting the battery discharge when you bounce after hitting a box or when you aren't moving is a little sad since I want to keep rolling!
When you get out of battery you can't move sideways anymore, it would be nice that you have the chance to reach a battery with your last impulse.
You should add bigger ramps so the car can jump over the boxes.
Aside from that its a fantastic game and really fun to play! Keep the good work and hope to see you again on next jam! :D

I'll significantly decrease the consumption when moving slowly (increasing as you move faster) and will also remove the steering restriction. I'm hesitant to stop consuming battery completely since I want to keep the player moving, but I'll keep it in mind.
I planned on adding bigger ramps, but had an issue with the rushed car implementation that made it clip through the floor quite easily when using them. I'm working on a more stable car and will add larger ramps once it's finished.
