Maybe try restarting your computer.
Also check if your Nvidia drivers are up to date if you haven't tried that already.
I am looking to optimize the game, so I apoligize for the inconvenince.
Oh ok ill try some of this and i found out its when it renders the outside otherwise when im inside the shop and its unrendered its completely fine but ill see what i can do with that
