I really liked the color and texture of the floor, I also liked the design of the main character.
I loved the detail that the stamina and life bars are together like in an axe, I also liked that there is a strategic component in knowing when to throw the axe to stay alive!
A small comment would be that I think the melee attack animation could better mark the area in which the hit does damage, since the atack is a bit slow, I think that would help to better calculate the distance at which you can attack an enemy who is above or in the sides of the character.
