I'm not sure about screen readers, but it will work on windows as is. Anything that can run a windows program/cmd can run my games, windows can play all the browser games too, all my browser games can be played from any device that run a browser/html.
Also this is a core game file, all games can connect to this game, and is a main game where you play this and it gives currencies etc. to the other games in this set.
