Something to consider - This actually makes leveling cursed classes, and thus removing them, somewhat harder. The "positive" conditions can be an absolute bitch to clear due to the negative effects of cursed classes. Last-hitting 5 enemies is a lot more doable to a Warrior than a Prisoner who can do a maximum of maybe 3 damage a turn. It's a shame the game's leveling goals data structure seems to be limited, so it's not possible to have multiple requirements.
