1. How do I increase the Estrogen level?
2. How can I increase the orgasm meter for my character? cause every time I have intercourse with my sissy it slowly increasing but not fast enough

1. Add estrogen to consumables.
2. Turn off Stamina management if you want your character to cum faster. It's 'on' by default. If that doesn't help, your sissy's anus became too lose from being pluged for too long. Anus recovery will be in the upcoming update for the master mode, should be released in a few days.
