No, ignore the Sex Results, they don't display everything that was counted during sex. It's a known issue, and I wrote about that as well. If you go to your sissy's stats->statistics, you'll see that sissygasms do count. Also, you can see that your sissy's Sissygasm stat is slowly increasing (stats -> sex stats).
Edit: You described the known bugs. I don't think re-downloading will fix them, but they're being fixed in the next update. I'm working on it right now. Don't be sorry, feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Hello! They don’t have to die, you can keep them alive for a very long time. If your sissy is working for you, you now have the option to prevent them from having unprotected sex, which will ensure that they won't get any stds. However, if they are about to die, you can prevent losing karma points by releasing your sissy from the dungeon. There will be a 'critically low health' warning message in the sissy's profile. If you choose to ignore it, that character will eventually die, and you will lose 1K karma points. More consumables for health increases will be added in future updates. Thank you for your kind words! Regarding karma: bad or questionable decisions will decrease your karma, while good ones will increase it. Right now, it doesn't affect your progression or anything else. It just shows you whether your character is a bad guy or not. In future updates, tho, it will affect certain things.
The new outfit system is going to be fire, and i'm very excited about that. It's worth waiting for.

Everything animation-related will be implemented after I replace the old characters with the new ones, as I mentioned in the alpha 2 release notes. These old characters are a nightmare to deal with when it comes to animations and clothes, especially when everything starts to pile up. Plus, they're just not good. The new characters will have facial expressions, improved textures, finalized hair assets, and much more. I'm working on them and will be sharing the progress next week.
The ability to use a vibrator during sex is kinda there, but it's missing animations. So that's another animation-related issue.
Having control over their appearance without putting them into the dungeon is actually great!
Oh, yeah, I see it now, thanks. I still don't see where 'not horny enough to masturbate' appears, though. It shouldn't be in this mode, which is why I assumed it was an old build.
There will be an option to choose who pays for the things you buy for your sissies: you or your sissy. I was testing that and forgot to enable money spending for body modifications. It was about a week ago. Sorry about that. It'll all be fixed in the next patch, which should be out tomorrow. My tester is out of town for a few days, so I'm doing all the testing myself, and that's why the patch is delayed.
I'm assuming you are playing the demo build (1.2.1-alpha1). The message 'not horny to masturbate' appears if your character is not aroused enough. You can resolve this by fast-forwarding a few days. Characters can't get aroused if you have removed their testicles. In that case, add 'Poppers' to Consumables (Schedule->Consumables).
Regarding body modification, here's how it works: you can't modify anything without paying for it. If you don't have enough money, you simply can't apply the changes. Money shortages are not a big deal in that game mode because you can always find a sponsor to pay for your purchases or body modifications.
You own alpha2, so just play that instead. It has several ways to make money and many other features.
I've updated the patch, it fixes the doggy and butt plug bugs. For now, just ignore the achievements and leveling up. I'm working on improving the progression for the main character. This shouldn't affect your sissie's progression at all. Everything will be sorted out in tomorrow's patch.

Hi! The first idea you should always plant is - 'You are a sissy.' Then, you need to put your sissy in the dungeon. Fast forward five days, you r sissy will accept the 'You are a sissy' idea on their own. After that, that accepted idea will generate one brainwash point per day. Next, make your sissy accept 'You need to be brainwashed' idea, it will generate an additional brainwash point each day. You won't ever run short on brainwash points, because you'll constantly be getting two bw points a day. They can pile up pretty quickly.
Wait for the patch, though. It will be much easier to defeat your sissies in the dice game from now on, which is the main way to get them into the dungeon.
Sorry for disappointing you. There were two options: either release this mode right now or continue development and release both modes sometime in March or April. I chose the first option.
Working on both modes at the same time wasn't going very well. I didn't want to make people wait for the update for that long. I now have more time to dedicate to the Sissymaker mode, and the workflow is much easier.
I had to decide whether to replace the characters now and save a lot of headaches in the future, or continue creating content for the existing models and spend extra time adapting old clothing assets to work with the new models. I made the most logical choice.

I did, sort of. It will be included in today's update. The thing is, there are curable and incurable diseases, and the incurable diseases will eventually lead to a character's death. I've reduced the chance of new characters being generated with diseases. To speed up the curing process, I added 'antibiotics.' You just need to add them to your sissy's consumables, and that's it. However, they won't work for incurable diseases.
The mode where you play as a sissy is coming very soon. That mode will include day jobs and similar activities. In Master mode, you make money through your sissies. There are a few ideas that will encourage your sissies to give you all their savings. If you find a wealthy contact, you can become rich. Then, you can pimp them out to make even more money. The dice game is not meant to generate income, it was designed to convince a new contact to become your sissy and stay in your dungeon :)
It seems like the dice game sucks. It's weird, i'm not that lucky in real life, but when it comes to this dice game, I'm always super lucky. I once had a 100-game winning streak, lol. I'll fix it up. Minigolf i'm working on right now is super fun and easy. That will most likely replace the main way to turn your contactcs into sissies. I'll add a luck-boosting ability tomorrow. I can't really make it easier. There was a luck-boosting skill for the main character called 'Sociopath,' but a tester told me that it's too controversial to include such content in the game, as it wasn't just boosting luck. So, I decided to remove it for now. I received feedback on the dice game, and I'll come up with some solutions to make it easier within 48 hours. Sorry about that :(
