It's a HTML5 file so it should work on anything with browser support AFAIK, try different browsers and see if one works

You can download the HTML5 file and then you drag it or open it into your browser, it should automatically load. You could try downloading one of the simple animations I've made (like one of the DimMinis), see if those work. If those don't load either, then your device seems to be blocking these animations. As to how to fix that, you would have to Google it and see if you have a setting preventing them from loading.
AFAIK HTML5 should run on anything (a lot of video sites are HTML5 based), so you're either trying to open the wrong thing or you're opening it in the wrong place. Other people do not seem to be having this issue, so something must be blocking it on your device.
