not sure what your exact concern is but i guess you could avoid picking a personality trait to have both weapons mastery and juicing, with sadism your damage for s*x encounters now scales with COM, you will deal hp damage tho
this doesn't scale very well though and requires extremely high amounts of com to be useful.
