The game lets you choose your path. You can stick with one girl for a monogamous relationship or go for a full harem. No forced NTR or sharing unless the player directly chooses it.

I prefer to have an option at the beginning of the game to disable them (netorare and netorase) and thus be able to play as if they didn't exist.
it'd be better to not spend time on even avoidable NTR/sharing. A lot of people won't even give it a shot if that tag is anywhere near.
