Thanks for submitting your game!

I thought this was cute, albeit short. I appreciated how the story didn't just assume both parties would be equally into the same kink, and I like the idea of narrative focused on using BDSM, or kink in general, as a tool for intimacy and connection. **Hey look at that- sticking to the Jam's theme!**

I played Bonds years ago and I honestly had more fun with that game's narrative than the mechanics- which were fun don't get me wrong- but I think this angle would be worth pursuing. There's been a few VN's over the last couple of years that have incorporated kink elements like this, but they've often gone hand in hand with young people (often of a sapphic persuasion ) discovering their shared interests along side their shared attraction. I think that's a great narrative structure, but I'm always at least a bit interested when I see a story from the perspective of slightly older people- especially a couple with an established history. Young love is exciting and can be nostalgic, but there are different dynamics and challenges that exist in longer term relationships. I'd love to see more work that depicts the deep love and conflicts that can come from working with a partner to rekindle a connection and deepen the levels of intimacy within an established relationship.

TLDR:

I thought it was cute. I wish it was longer of course, and I think it'd be cool to see more narratives like this one.

Thank you for the kind words. That was sort of the idea I wanted for this game.
Them connecting or in this case re-connecting and reflecting. A more adult narrative on an adult topic like kinks and BDSM.
I also wanted to keep it lighthearted and fun. So mission sort of accomplished?

I haven't played Bonds by DID but I might after I finish this a bit. Just to see how things differ or stay the same. This will still be a short work. But I am working on an update to push out in a couple of days with the interactive elements I didn't get to deliver on time.
