Two different things.... You are Charging for mod not a membership The Modder you have mentioned are charging for the membership which comes with access to their beta mods (Not the mod specifically) Even if that was a breach of the EULA (Which It isn't) two wrongs dont make a right... it shouldn't take some random to tell you that but anyways.... I simply recommend setting up a patron instead of charging for the products So people that do want to support your mods still can and you can avoid any future issues

that’s a load of **** because this was more frowned apon before. I understand it’s not right but do you see how it doesn’t make sense because some of these people say you’re paying for the membership but really for paying even more than I charge for early access. This is why people moved to itch. There will never be anything setup right however we (modders lay this out still upsets someone). That why I’m going to complete this mod which should be done next week since I have a bit more free time and I’m more than likely stepping away from modding for any public use and be moving to private use modding.

In the eyes of Giants the Patron service is not considered Sale of their mods Sadly This has been an ongoing issue since fs17 and has been brought up multiple times in the past with no action taken... We can only hope that changes in the future but as for now Patron is not viewed as such sadly... Again two wrongs don't make a right just because you see another Modder selling their products doesn't mean you now have the right to do so...I really don't understand why you believe it does
