My right hand hurts from clicking, but I made it to the end of wave 5... Solid design. I am mad at the pointy knuckles for destroying my turrets! lol.

Oooh! I think you're spot on - a feature to hold it down for automatic clicking would be a real benefit for those with less dexterity or carpal tunnel!
