This was pretty chill! I really liked the garden interactions. It was satisfying to plants seed, make them grow, and cut them! Love the graphics, btw :) 

Unfortunately, I couldn't really figure out how to progress from there, and actually turn them into credits.

Thanks for playing! Hailing ships is the key to acquiring or resolving quests. Perhaps I should just add a "sell" button to the gardening screen?

A sell-button is not a bad idea! Or if you prefer to do the "selling" somewhere else, maybe the Garden could show some sort of hint, the first time you harvest a plant, telling you where to go and sell it?
