Unfortunately I do not have a tutorial. But if you check for Minifantasy in the Unity Store, you will find the Dungeon asset pack (for free) with the animations set up and ready to be used.

You can find around 10 Minifantasy asset packs in the Unity Store, however, keep in mind that Minifantasy Unity project has been discontinued and I'm not releasing more Minifantasy Unity packs in that store. But I hope you can grasp how to use the assets in Unity by looking into the few published packs.
