All the images and videos in this game are pre-rendered, so you should be able to run it on a potato. I know you can open the graphics setting by pressing shift and g, but I've never heard of that screen opening automatically before.
That's what I thought too but I cant even start the game bc it just comes up with those options and the beginning on startup and then doesn't enter the game.
