Hi, I have a small question about section 3 c i in the license agreement. I am developing a commercial game and am hoping to embed one of the fonts so in-game text, like dialogue, can be displayed with it.

The issue is that the game engine I use does not provide any encryption support by default, and all game assets can be accessed fairly easily by using a program like 7zip. Most of the time for me this is a positive, because it allows my players to easily mod the game if they desire. Unfortunately, the same methods that allow modding could theoretically allow a user to extract the fonts from the game. If I want to include the fonts in my games, will I need to encrypt my files in some way, or is just having them be hidden from the user by default enough of a protection?

Just having them hidden from the user is enough to be honest! No method is going to be 100% extraction proof, but as long as you're making some effort to hide the font a bit it's fine.
