I don't run that mod but if you want to adjust that it's in the motorConfigurations line. Search that and adjust these lines to match the in game Transtar. (brakeForce="4.5" lowBrakeForceScale="0.1" lowBrakeForceSpeedLimit="3") hopefully that helps.
