Radio silence II
Okay, so both of my midsemester exams are done, but of course my gaming (and game-development) laptop decided to die on me just as I got free time to relax and start working on the game at a higher pace again.
Despite this, work has still been progressing --there are plenty scenes left to write and it's a really creative project, so I'm constantly taking photos, writing and brainstorming scenes and little moments and lines in the game, and doing other things that I don't need articy or Unity for, now that the main laptop has to be sent off for repairs.
I also reached a new milestone recently when I let a good friend of mine play through the first 15-20 minutes or so of the game and she loved it, so that was really inspirational. It feels good to be at the point where I have a game to actually show people.
Finally, I'm playing with the idea of a new gameplay feature that will probably be the subject of the next devlog. Eventually.
Either way, that's pretty much what I have right now, looking forward to when I can start doing regular updates again. Take care!
