thanks for playing! The light effect was done by enabling shadows on a 2d light with a custom texture and then adding occlusion to my 2d texture map for objects to block the lights, it was a tutorial I conveniently found the first day of the game jam and just had to use it!
also I think I did make the cop hitbox too big so I’ll need to shrink that down now that voting is done, but thanks for feedback and playing!
