No. It's a silly trope from the time period. You used to pay for wallpapers by sending text messages to a phone number. The actual terms for using the poster are at the bottom left and in my post above.
This is the final image, there will be no other images for 2024. Once you put your art on the image you are free to use it where you like, following the license as described.
