Hi all! I'm new at Itch.io but I've been creating small games for 20 years. I mostly use GameMaker. I adore no-code engines and I would be lying if I didn't say I'm more than a little addicted to "Mario Maker".

"Pocket Platformer" is an absolute masterpiece. I'm stunned. Thank you so, so, so much for this. It reminds me of "Bitsy", which I also love.

However, I really think do you need proper enemies for the engine. I know, I know, it's the same thing everyone has said already.  But I think it's a logical request... with enemies, we would be able to create true Mario-like, castlevania-like and even Megaman-like games. They would be smaller and more lineal, that's for sure, but still entertaining and way closer to the main source of inspiration. No complex AI is needed for that (monsters can just move back and forth or having a simple "chase" behaviour). I already have a couple of ideas that I'm very excited about!

Once again, thank you very much for your effort. I'm closely following the development of this project  :)
